you further instructions and assistance.
What happens if my luggage are lost or delayed?

a personal phone with you may refer to the airlines handling agents. They
will contact the driver and of course organize for any luggage to be forwarded
to your resort address.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
The driver will be waiting for you chasing the expected landing time of
your flight. No extra charges are due in the event of flight delays.
What happens if my flight is redirected to another airport?
Should your flight being redirected, the driver will be waiting for you
at the new airport destination.
Should not we able to be informed in advance of the circumstances from
any of the airport staff, we kindly request you to contact the help desk

your name, phone number, dates, arrival time, number of passengers, airport/sea

Can i reserve a round trip / return service?
Yes, by the “book now” area of the website, by email

Do I get any confirmation upon making the reservation?
Confirmation are given by email and will state your reservation number
together with the details of the service you have reserved.
In case of last minute reservation the confirmation number will be given
over the phone.
Terms and conditions
Cancellation policy
Normally 24 hours prior to the date of service. Due the high
number of requests during the high season any cancellation may be subject
to 50% of penality fee. Our cancellation policy will apply
only once your booking is confirmed.

How can I Pay the services?
By cash or credit card to the driver that carries out the service. We
accept all the major credit cards
May I pre-pay the services?
All services can be pre-paid by bank transfer or credit card. A proof
of payment will be sent by email or fax and produced to the driver
before starting the service
Can I pay by foreign currency or traveller’s cheques?
Regrettably foreign currency or traveller’s cheques are not accepted.

What is the difference in term of price between your service
and an ordinary taxi?
As lowest as 10% of supplement other than an ordinary taxi, we
are able to provide a service easy to book, attentive in details,
provided by luxury cars and carried out by an assistant which will be
at your own disposal for any request or assistance you may require.

Are big cases allowed? Can I carry many luggage?
Should you planning to travel with many bags or big cases we suggest you
to book a bigger car such a van or minivan. However an assistant can suggest
the more suitable car for you needs if contacted by email in advance.

Are your cars /services covered by insurance?
Whether you are travelling on board of our cars your safety is very valued
to us. The service we offer are all covered by insurance to items and
people.
Which level of safety do you offer? Are your cars safe?
All our cars are conform to highest safety standards and regulations,
including mechanical / technical annual maintaining requirements.
Our assistants / drivers are regularly and fully trained in all emergency
procedures, and in the unlikely event of an emergency will immediately
instigate the necessary safety routines.
